Is Bouldering Good for Kids/Teens? (And What Parents Should Know)

To kids and teens, bouldering can be an amazing sport. This builds strength, coordination, confidence and problem-solving and because the climbs are short with mats underneath them it is often less intimidating than rope climbing.
